Kati Leinonen

Kati Leinonen (b. 1974) is a photographic artist based in Northern Finland. She graduated in photography (BA) from the London College of Printing and in audiovisual media culture (MA) from the University of Lapland. Her works have been widely exhibited in Finland including venues such as Oulu Art Museum, Finnish Museum of Photography, Gallery Hippolyte and Northern Photographic Center to mention a few. Her Äimärautio -photobook was a nominee for Photobook of the Year award in 2019 and took part in photobook exhibitions in venues such as Belfast Photo Festival (IRL) and Athens Photo Festival (GR).
